The Future of Full-Color Printing
Direct to Film (DTF) printing is a revolutionary method where designs are printed onto a special film, then heat-pressed onto the garment. This allows for incredibly detailed, vibrant, and durable prints on a wide variety of fabrics.
Unlimited Colors & Detail
Print photorealistic images, complex gradients, and intricate details with no color limitations or setup fees per color.
Works on Any Fabric
DTF transfers apply perfectly to cotton, polyester, blends, leather, and more, in any color.
Soft & Durable Feel
Modern DTF prints are lightweight, flexible, and hold up exceptionally well to washing, without cracking or peeling.
DTF Printing FAQ
Is there a minimum order for DTF?
No! DTF is perfect for any order size, from a single custom shirt to a large batch. Since there are no per-color setup fees, it's highly economical for small orders with complex designs.
How is DTF different from vinyl (HTV)?
While both use heat, DTF is a printed transfer that feels softer and can handle unlimited colors. Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is a sheet of material that is cut and weeded, best for simple, one-color designs like names and numbers.
What file format is best for DTF?
A high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG file with a transparent background is ideal. This ensures your design prints cleanly without a background box.
